  4. Create New database      - Allows you to create a new database file.
  5.                            See field names on the SYSTEM menu help file
  6.                            for help with the field utility.

  9. Load a database          - Loads a PowerBase compatible file. Erasing the
  10.                            previous file from memory.
  11.

  13. Load Amibase Pro II file - Will load an Amibase Professional II file.

  16. Save database            - Saves a database in PowerBase format.
  17.                            Files are fully compatible with older versions
  18.                            of PowerBase.
  19.                            Files are encrypted making them difficult to
  20.                            view from text editors etc.

  23. Disk options - Change directory - Allows you to change the
  24.                                   default disk directory.
  25.  
  26.              - Delete a file - Deletes a specified file.
  27.  
  28.              - Make directory - Makes a new directory on disk.
  29.  
  30.              - Rename a file - Renames a specified disk file.

  32.              - Free disk space - Tells you the disk space you
  33.                                  have left.

  35.              - Get directory - Gives a list of the current
  36.                                directory.

  39. Printer options - Print this record - Outputs the current record
  40.                                       to your printer.

  42.                 - Print record range - Outputs a range of records to
  43.                                        your printer.

  45.                 - Print all records - Does as it says.

  47.                 - Print Status report - This prints out & displays
  48.                                         the status report.

  50.                 - Print directory - Prints out the current directory ,
  51.                                     use the change directory option to change
  52.                                     the path.

  54.                 - List a field to printer - Print out a list of the contents
  55.                                             of single field to the printer.

  57.                 - Print help file - prints out one of the help files.
  58.                                     After selecting this you must select a
  59.                                     file to print by viewing it as normal ,
  60.                                     it will then also be printed.

  62.                 - Print label - can be used to print labels and addresses
  63.                                 to envelopes and many other things.
  64.                                 It only prints the fields selected with the
  65.                                 Display fields option on the OPTIONS menu.

  68.                 - Printer preferences
  69.                      - includes Form feed after printouts,
  70.                      - distance to print labels from left margin
  71.                      - ignore empty fields when printing labels,
  72.                      - Draft/NLQ print mode
  73.                      - no. of lines to leave after printing a label
  74.                        (useful when using the filter utility to print labels
  75.                        for a mailshot).

  77.                   The printer preferences can be loaded, saved, used without
  78.                   saving or cancelled.

  84. File status report - Gives the status of the current database.

  87. Clear current database - gives the option to Save the Database first ,
  88.                          Clear or cancel.

  91. Quit                 - Allows you to select Save first, Quit or cancel.
